Leslie M. Norris
Senior Partner

As Senior Partner, Leslie provides strategic consulting to key customers and participates in their comprehensive marketing plans, business development and growth strategies for investment, M&A, as well as IPOs. Leslie leads the organization’s strategic consulting practice and is responsible for launching a suite of enhanced services and online SaaS marketing tools unique to the industry.

As an executive level consultant directing strategic business development, public relations and comprehensive marketing programs, Leslie has more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience. Her core knowledge is with technology centric companies in national and global arenas, with concentrated experience in healthcare, financial services, bio-tech and enterprise level business and global channel solutions.
Leslie has also served in the following corporate positions: Panoptic Security, COO & EVP; Iomega, Sr. Director of Advertising & Brand; Nelco International, VP Marketing; Motorola Government Solutions, Sr. Director Media & Corporate Communications; Belkin, VP Marketing; SNG PR, CEO.

Over the years, Leslie has earned a strong reputation as a senior executive that can work with the leadership of small start-ups, mid-cap growth companies and large global enterprise companies to optimize their strategic business plans, business relationships, investment strategies, revenue growth and expansion/diversification efforts through strategic market planning and execution of public relations, investor relations, online marketing, advertising and direct marketing. Rod Anderson is the partner of operations at Springboard5 where he leads key client accounts while also managing the agency's day-to-day operations. He has 20 years professional experience in strategic public relations, communications and brand building. 

Rod has extensive experience directing public relations programs for emerging and established companies in both agency and internal corporate capacities. His strategic program development experience has provided national and global success for a myriad of companies by increasing revenue and market share through print, online and broadcast media relations in major business, IT, vertical and consumer media. His experience spans a wide range of industries including technology, consumer goods, retail, energy, real estate, online services and gaming.

With more than a decade of intense marketing and public relations experience, Tim Rush is an expert in creating strategies to launch companies, embolden brands and secure market leadership for his clients. 

He has leveraged his wealth of experience in directing the strategic public relations activities for dozens of companies and organizations from coast to coast. Tim has a proven track record of developing and conducting the national and global execution of numerous strategies, resulting in greater awareness, increased sales opportunities and solid validation among targeted audiences. He has built an impressive breadth of industry experience in areas including technology, consumer goods, bio-tech, government, automotive, green tech, education, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and financial services.

For technical clients, Tim has an uncanny ability to translate geek-speak into clear, easily-digestible messages. He helps clients speak to their audiences in ways that make them clearly understood. 

Christine Hagel
Partner


Christine has more than 25 years of experience in marketing communications. She has a strong background in strategic and promotional planning, advertising, domestic and international tradeshow management, web development and public relations activities.

She has spent her career within the B2B and B2C markets primarily in technology with additional core expertise in the consumer goods and government channel relationships.

Her experience in corporate communications positions gives her a unique ability to create strategic marketing programs from the ground up or assist marketing teams with integrating their positioning and messaging into opportunities.

Scott G. Davidson
Director of Operations


Scott G. Davidson joined Springboard5 at its inception in 2002 and has more than thirteen years of operations and information technology experience in both agency and corporate settings.  His industry experience includes Government, K-12 education and high-tech environments.  Scott's role includes all aspects of day-to-day agency operations. 

Scott works closely with clients to tailor technology to marketing and public relations programs to meet their specific business objectives through integrated tactics such as targeted Search Engine Optimization (SEO); website strategy and direct-to-consumer communications through social media avenues.
